The Final Countdown

In only few days we’ll set off to Strasbourg with our already enthusiastic delegation! The European Youth Event will gather over 7000 future leaders as well as decision makers and entrepreneurs in order to tackle current and upcoming problems and get your voice heard. The hype is growing all the time, what to pack, are all the files filled and necessities, do we have everything?!

As said before, we have never been part of something like this before but I sure can say that our expectations are high and surely will be fulfilled. Being part of this kind of an unique event is an adventure by itself. #EYE2016 will provide us possibilities to connect with our international peers, get inspired, discuss with the MEPs and a lot more! Perhaps it might even be a kickstart for future routes for some of us.

I believe this is an inspirational trip and also a little boost or a upcoming spark on finding our future paths and what would not be more fascinating and awesome?

I think I can genuinely say from all of us that this is going to be unforgettable and maybe slightly life changing experience and we are all thankful to be part of EYE.

What’s more astonishing, as the main title of the EYE states “Together we can make a change.”, you had also been given the chance to affect. Specifically, this marvelous event enables anyone to take part online. First and foremost the Facebook page is designed for you to debate on the thought-provoking topics. Therefore, thumbs up and join the feast! In addition, you can also follow the magnificent workshops and panel debates live from the Parliament House in your very own sofa and participate directly via EYE Board. Furthermore, you should be reminded that besides the event outcomes with an official EYE Report including the most vital and concrete proposals and ideas, it will be also distributed to all 751 MEPs followed by the EYE hearings in committees this fall. There’s simply no reason to underestimate your power to put your thoughts forward within this unique opportunity.
