The 1st Leadership Training of EYP Finland

The 1st Leadership Training of EYP Finland will take place from 11 to 15 December 2019 in Kittilä and Rovaniemi, Finland. The picturesque, Arctic sceneries of Finnish Lapland invites EYPers to join the Leadership Training.

The Leadership Training is the first of its kind in EYP – a training event aimed specifically at coaching EYPers who have experience as officials and are interested to take on senior leadership roles in EYP; President, Editor, Head Organiser and Head of Jury. During the training, the participants will have the chance to engage in-depth with each other and the expert training team in discussing and developing their skills in key dimensions of team leadership and managerial responsibility taken on by senior leadership roles at EYP events.

The Head Organisers of the Leadership Training are Tim Backhaus (FI) and Viktor Salenius (FI). The Head Trainer of the event is Dorothea Weber (DE).
