Annual fall meeting and election of the board 2023

During the annual meeting, the board of EYP Finland for the term of 2023 will be elected. The annual meeting will be held in Helsinki at Allianssitalo on 10.12, the event will also be held online but we recommend joining in person. In conjunction with the annual meeting, we will also hold a study fair, hosting panel discussions with university students, to discuss themes such as university in Finland vs university abroad, what to study after university, and touching on the application processes as well. If the question of what to do for university is something you have been thinking about or will need to think about in the future, we highly recommend joining us for the study fair. High schoolers, people doing gap years, or people interested in what other university students have to say are welcome!

The university study fair will be held from 11:00-12:30, with two panel discussions. The annual meeting will start at 13:00 and go on until about 17:00. In order to be able to vote in the elections, you need to be a registered member of EYP Finland.

During the annual meeting, the new board of EYP Finland will be elected, during the application period we received 1 application for President, and 7 applications for Board Members. 

President– Alexandra Salo

Board Members– Iida Salonurmi, Niina Sipilä, Pauliina Siekkinen, Mira Engström, Eeva Ferrer,  Oskari Olonen and Rebekka Teinilä

It is still possible to apply for both positions by putting yourself up for the elections during the annual meeting. The number of board members elected will be between 6 and 8 and will be decided during the annual meeting. The applications along with the official invitation for the annual meeting and meeting materials will be sent to all members via email.
